Your main tasks

  • Design, setup and support of the development and test environments required for the software application development lifecycle of our Infusion Pumps
  • Automate processes for the generation of builds and releases as well as for the execution of interface tests, regression tests and software delivery (continuous delivery, continuous integration, build pipeline, code management, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other software engineers to ensure that the product development follows the established processes and standards.
  • Coaching and guidance of team members in "DevOps" paradigms.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our CSV program in respect to our build / test tool chains.
  • Integrate and validate new tools and tool versions into the existing tool chains as required by the embedded software teams

Your profile

  • Degree from technical college or university (eg, bachelor): computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a regulated (ideally medical) development environment.
  • 5 years experience as a SW Engineer (ideally Embedded) with a broad technology knowledge (or a SW Engineer wanting to move in DevOps).
  • Hands on experience of using languages such as C, C#, Java, Python.
  • Good knowledge of development, automated build and deployment tools (ideally Azure Pipelines, Docker, Conan, Git).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of English in speaking, writing and reading.
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to move to Switzerland
