Your team

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

The Datacentre Services unit is responsible for building reliable infrastructures that host applications for the Group. As such, we design, develop and operate platforms that balance resilience, performance, security and compliance on the private and public cloud.

Your role
  • Assessing the architecture and designing technical solutions.
  • Rolling out and maintaining critical applications on premise and on Cloud.
  • Building, running and maintaining the infrastructure Blueprint.
  • Automating to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Implementing and managing containerisation solutions.
  • Performing and contributing to the technical vulnerability assessments.
  • Liaising with both product owners and technical teams.
  • Performing on-call duties in rotation with other team members.

Your profile
  • An enquiring mind, ready to help, persevering, proactive and always learning new skills and technologies.
  • Experience of working with IaC, automation and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Gitlab and Atlassian.
  • Proficiency in software craftsmanship practices, programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, Go, Bash, PowerShell.
  • Experience with container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • In-depth understanding of architecture topics such as integration, security, network and identity and access management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
  • Fluent in French and English.
