Our client is a leading innovator in luxury sector in Switzerland, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions powered by cloud technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to join our Governance & Architecture team within the Cloud & DevOps Services department. This role is instrumental in fortifying our cloud security infrastructure and fostering a secure, collaborative environment for cloud development and deployment.

Tasks

Role:

As a DevSecOps Engineer at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our cloud security posture. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Solution Development:
  • Contribute to and enhance a comprehensive set of Cloud Security & DevSecOps solutions, encompassing people, processes, and technology components. This includes expertise in CSPM, CWP, SAST, secret detection, and policy as code.
  • Guidance and Support:
  • Provide practical guidance and support to engineering and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of security controls, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Risk Management:
  • Act as a catalyst for collaboration between product teams, cybersecurity units, and compliance functions. Assist in quantifying risk and defining control objectives and activities to secure cloud workloads effectively.
  • Cloud Security Governance:
  • Participate in cloud security governance initiatives, including committee involvement, development of dedicated dashboards with associated KPIs, and advocacy within other teams.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity:
  • Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity by understanding functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance our security posture continually.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Cloud Expertise:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a cloud environment, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective cloud security solutions.
  • Deep understanding of cloud providers’ services, especially AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or GCP. Possession of one or more cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Security is a plus.
  • SDLC Security:
  • Experience in managing and defining security within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Application Security:
  • Familiarity with OWASP Testing Guide v3/4 and OWASP TOP 10 principles.
  • Data Protection:
  • Understanding of data architecture, data protection, and mitigation strategies for data exfiltration risks, particularly on sensitive data (PII).
  • Container Technologies:
  • Knowledge of container technologies, including Kubernetes and Anthos.
  • Automation and Configuration Management:
  • Hands-on technical experience in Automation & Configuration Management, Integration, and Deployment, using tools such as Terraform.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a business-friendly language.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English, with a good level of proficiency in French.

Our recruitment process

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:
  • A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
  • If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
  • After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
  • If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client’s team of course.
