DIA PS&C Project Management Support (m/f/d) - Healthcare or Medical Device/Spreadsheet/Headcount SAP/chemistry/Packaging knowledge/Product Environmental Regulations/English& GermanProjectFor our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified DIA PS&C Project Management Support (m/f/d).BackgroundProduct Sustainability and Compliance (PS&C) is a Chapter within Global Quality and Regulatory. It is responsible for sustaining product compliance with various environmental regulations, pushing innovation in environmental sustainability, and ensuring transparency and effectiveness of SHE compliance activities. The Governance& Oversight team works within the larger DIA Product Sustainability and Compliance organization to deliver a systematic and process-driven approach to environmental compliance for Roche Diagnostic products and packaging. Governance is integrating processes and structures into the business to ensure the overall direction for environmental compliance delivers on commitments and expectations. Oversight is the critical review, monitoring,The perfect candidatehas experience in project management (support), experiences in healthcare or medical devices as well as minimum basic knowledge of chemistry.Tasks& Responsibilities

• Drive execution of projects as project manager
• Lead data provision workstream by managing stakeholders, monitoring progress, managing risk and removing obstacles, documentation of project work
• Lead packaging data collection workstream by further developing and enhancing the

project idea.

• Coordinate the data collection
• Develop framework and support the creation of a supplier questionnaire
• Additional project managing activities or support as needed

Must Haves

• Vocational Degree, Bachelor or equivalent in technical or scientific area
• Min. 1 year experience in Project Management support
• Experience in Healthcare or Medical Device
• Minimum basic chemical knowledge within education or work experience
• IT skills in Spreadsheet (Excel, G-Sheet) and SAP
• Very good English skills written and spoken are a must, German skills are a big advantage
• Problem Solving
• Agile mindset/principle; Deliver value early over waiting for perfection (risk based)
• Very independent
• Packaging knowledge, supplier relations, product environmental regulations
