Job Description

Publicis Lausanne is looking for a Digital Creative Director to join our team and have the
opportunity to create and execute innovative digital experiences for our clients.Being a
passionate & curious digital native is a must for this role.
You need to be able to drive creative ideation from concept to creation and preferably tech
implementation with a great attitude, infectious energy and belief.
And you are a true sales person in front of our clients; enthusiasm and conviction with the
right creative rationale.

Responsibilities

You have customer journey’s for breakfast
Providing creative direction internally and externally for all digital campaigns comes
naturally
Collaborate across agency to coordinate and evolve brand, product and digital
strategies is a given
Develop targeted digital strategies consistent with brand and business objectives is
common sense
Being responsible for end-to-end creative direction of projects, from defining complex
user-stories, wire-framing and prototyping to visual design with accountability to
results is a no brainer
Package creative concepts and present to both internal & external stakeholders in a
persuasive, articulate and compelling way is in your DNA

Measure and optimize digital performance to meet business objectives…duuhhh of
course

Qualifications

Qualifications

5-10 years of design experience with heavy focus on digital and UX
Hands on mentality
A superstar in Platforms & Social media

Agency Experience Required

Digital portfolio available
Expert in Adobe CC software and other related design tools.
Deep understanding of development technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSSFluency

Additional Information

Due to the specific regulation in Switzerland, the candidate should own a swiss work permit or be from EU.
