Purpose of the role : This role is responsible to strengthen & support our Sales Effectiveness training formats. It is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics & digital training formats. The purpose is to design instructor led training courses, eLearning courses, create training materials, create exams, certifications and establish a Sales Effectiveness Learning Management System to achieve results. The position will perform talent evaluations, partnering with HR / Rewards teams, to assess Sales team’s performance and apply specific skills set of courses. This role will also review all training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct training for new and experienced employees
- Creation of eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications
- Coordinate outside sales training program providers
- Report on training activities, analyze training, and create training reports as needed to sales leadership and stakeholders
- Recommend improvements and ways to streamline training sessions and methods Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations
- Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture
- Sales Excellence Trainings including topics such as Sales Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Negotiation/Procurement, Buyer Persona/Center, Value Proposition, Opportunity & Time/Territory Management
- Sales assessment and Sales competences talent evaluations, partnering with HR / Rewards teams
- Drive Digital Transformation in OSS
- Develop & Maintain Digital Training Tools for the OSS Sales Force
- Support CRM & other Digital Sales platforms
- Collaborate proactively with the OneCRM, Digital team and Marcomm teams to ensure Sales Excellence collaboration success
- Take active participation in addressing issues from sales teams on necessary market technology tools
- Hunt as One Oerlikon
- Acquire skill set requirements from sales leaders and stakeholders
- Able to communicate at all levels within complex matrix organizations to ensure stakeholders involvement and management as needed.
- Minimum of 3-5 year of training experience
- University Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experiences in developing and facilitating training classes and workshops for sales employees and managers
- Sales Background strongly preferred
- Strong Background in Digital Training Sales tools & associated software tools
- Effective communication skills in an interdisciplinary & multicultural environment
- Conceptual & organizational skills for training & knowledge management
- Be able to operate in challenging globally diverse locations and product environments
