About the role


Glad you’re interested. We are looking for a tech-savvy digital marketeer to change the way that insurance is bought online. No more insurance talk that only a lawyer understands, we’re here to make a difference.
As part of this role, you will be supporting the end-to-end marketing activities with our distribution partner in the automotive sector – from developing the go-to-market approach and shaping the way the insurance is bought.

Your day-to-day activities will include


  • Collaborate with distribution partners to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
  • Track, analyze and optimize performance of the campaigns you are leading
  • Create consumer relevant and engaging content
  • Closely work with product managers and UX designers to shape sales journeys
  • Participate in project governance and ideation workshops as part of a cross-functional team to onboard new distribution partners
  • Work closely with our behavioral economics and product management to tailor promotions for optimal performance

This is what we will look for


  • Bachelor or Master Graduate with a strong affinity for digital marketing (ideally with some previous experience)
  • Self-starter who is able conceptualize and support projects without much input
  • Creative with ideas on how to improve the current market practices of insurers and enhance customer experience
  • Comfortable with working in an agile environment
  • Native German and business English proficiency
