Junior Digital Product Specialist (f/m/d) - 80-100%

Responsibilities

• As a Junior Digital Product Specialist, you will support various projects in close collaboration with stakeholders from a wide range of areas
• You will play a key role in the development of new strategically relevant products
• In your role you will work a lot with our branches, conduct trainings and support users in technical matters
• You will be responsible for problem solving, progress reporting, risk and budget management and documentation
• You’ll also lend a hand wherever the digital team needs support: testing new products, creating documentation & translations and writing presentations
• You conduct independent and data-based research, clarify issues with specialist departments and work with all areas of the company
  

Your profile

• Degree or further education at least a Bachelor level
• Passion and affinity for digital products
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Empathy and interest in working with different people
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Curious, analytical, entrepreneurial and independent personality
• You are an ambassador for change and a role model for adopting digital products
• Fluent in French and English, German as a plus
