As our Digital Retention Intern, you will gain a great first professional experience by supporting the Retention team within Webloyalty in their daily activities.

What to expect:

You will gain a great first professional experience by supporting the Retention team within Webloyalty in their daily activities.

  • Cross-channel content creation and adaptation across the different products (for e.g.marketing email,web pages and website banners)
  • Creation, planning, delivery andreporting of marketing campaignsincl A/B tests,to optimise retention metrics
  • Segment, personalize and deploy retention materials
  • Ensure winning tests and customer programs are deployed across all markets
  • Working closely with the widerMarketing team to ensure consistency of campaignsacross all channels
  • Documentation of marketing wording, look & feel and best practices
  • Generic support on ad hoc project and where needed for Retention

We will only accept applications of Swiss nationalities of holder of a valid work permit in Switzerland.

6-month internship - start date: as soon as possible

About you:

  • Marketing certification (Ongoing or just achieved) as HES, Master, Bachelor, CFC…
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken), Spanishand/or Portuguesewould be a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Good organizational skills anda keen eye forattention to detail
  • A self starter
  • Someone with an interest in creative and visual design
  • An enthusiastic and bright individual with an outgoing personality
