Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the user experience of the e-commerce platform. You will design wireframes, prototypes and create mind-blowing assets to enhance the Tissot consumer experience journey.
  • Responsible for the UX/UI Design of the e-commerce website
  • Design user-centric wireframes and prototypes, conduct UX testing and benchmarks
  • Identify patterns in user behaviours with heatmap
  • Create and maintain the website design system
  • Update the brand website in terms of visuals, content and translations
  • Manage projects for new website features such as special landing pages
  • Create dedicated assets for the website or campaign material
  • Coordinate and implement the product collection or partnership launches on the e-commerce website
  • Support the markets in terms of digital marketing operations and local website administration
  • Collaborate closely with the website product managers, developers and creative team to improve Tissot’s digital experience
  • Collect website needs from internal services and ensure timely delivery
  • Optimise visibility on partner websites in collaboration with the sponsorship and communication team

Professional Requirements

  • Degree in digital, marketing or design
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design and web development
  • Experience working with large and multilingual websites is a plus
  • Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, Figma and Adobe Products
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS language
  • Strong knowledge of CMS and website management, preferably on Magento
  • Familiar with Agile methodology

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English mandatory
