Director ERP/Portfolio Management 80-100% (m/f/d)

About the role

• Accountable for the ERP Roadmap (timeline, scope & budget)

• Execute group governance for ERP systems, enhancements and add-ons

• Create system as well as process improvements through identification and removal of non-value-adding activities

• Coordinate and oversee system upgrades and system administration activities by identifying automation opportunities

• Ensure robust data security at highest standards

• Lead ERP related projects and manage the overall project schedule, secure project quality by fulfilling customer expectations

• Monitor KPIs and project budgets as well as quality of project deliverables to assess technological performance

• Ensure translation & decomposition of Zur Rose Group’s strategy to executable value streams & work packages by mapping them to product teams to drive data driven discussions and identify barriers to deliver, create mitigation plans and techniques to mitigate risk

• Enable traceability and predictability of value driven clusters of portfolio Epics ("Invest themes")

• Proactively work with Tech Leads and/or Product Owners for supporting roadmap business strategies and harmonizing value stream demand intake

• Manage dependencies across product areas and domains, mitigates risks and facilitates fact-based prioritization and decision making

• Evaluate project and/or program performance and recommend changes where necessary

• Contribute to reviews and audits of project and program management to ensure conformance to standards

• Advise on the available standards, procedures, methods, tools and techniques

• Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or Tech or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Several years of relevant experience in implementing corporate platforms (e.g, ERP/SAP, CRM, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Systems...) and portfolio management responsibilities in the healthcare sector

• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment, working with complex projects and handling demanding customers

• Profound knowledge about assigned markets, including: industry, trends, the applicability of Infor products within the target market and key competitors

• Experienced in delivering large software project and migration to a Could/SaaS based environment

• Prior experience working with, and/or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties (e.g. third parties or clients) on large scale (ideally global)

• Certification as a PMP from PMI or equivalent

• High degree of project planning, organisational skills and systems integration expertise

• Profound knowledge of compliance and information security measures and best practices
