Alber Blanc Experts based in Lugano is a part of Alber Blanc Group. The main business of the Group is high frequency trading in financial markets including crypto. We do millions of trades every day. As our activity is carried out at many exchanges around the globe and at every exchange we need a sophisticated low-latency IT infrastructure, the corporate structure must also be very complex. Moreover we grow few internal startups and invest into external ones.

The person who we are looking for should join our Lugano team as a Director. He or she will participate in supporting and development of our corporate infrastructure, opening accounts at banks and brokers, controlling finances, and building a Family Office for Alber Blanc Group UBO’s.

Requirements

  • Swiss citizenship
  • Good knowledge of international law and practices, tax focused
  • Experience on high-level positions in Corp Fin OR Consulting.
  • Good experience in financial markets and wide network in banks, brokers, financial managers.
  • Languages requirement: English – fluent, knowledge of Italian/German/Russian languages will be considered as plus

Functions:

  • Building relations with banks, brokers, some service providers on behalf of AB
  • Building relations with governmental authorities and organizations
  • Arrange accounting of personal investments of the Partners.
  • Control accounting and costs of AB.
  • Analyze new projects partners want to invest in.
  • Advice on how to improve AB corp structure.
  • Help to raise funds for startup branches
