Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
Job Description
- You are the leader for the Power Tools Accessories Logistics in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Headquartered in Solothurn with responsibility for associates within the demand- and supply management teams located in Solothurn, Budapest and Casablanca
- Key responsibility is to anticipate market demand and possible supply constrains to ensure that the market demand can be fulfilled. Key tasks include demand planning, inventory management, global sourcing & replenishment monitoring, exception management and master data maintenance; ensure the effective execution of the S&OP process in Europe in order to align the entire supply chain
- You are responsible for ensuring that key processes are executed well and developed further, such as Sales & Operations Planning, Launch & Phase-out Management, Portfolio Complexity Reduction and Overstock Management
- Close communication and alignment with the sales and marketing organizations, with external supplier and purchasing as well a close collaboration with our European distribution centers and transport organization are vital to the success of this role. Additionally, a close exchange of information with the plants and other departments like Quality and Engineering is key
- By executing these tasks you assume full responsibility for main SC KPIs in the EMEA region: availability, inventory and Supply Chain costs
- In addition, to these operational tasks, you are responsible to drive continuous improvement and take part in the strategic design of the entire supply chain network
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in the Supply Chain area, preferably in a FMCG company
- Extensive interest in leadership and management experience, being able to reconcile conflicting goals with the best overall outcome for Bosch, and ability to work under pressure
- Takes initiative and works independently with entrepreneurial spirit, good team player in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, solution oriented and collaborative
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers
- German and English fluency, willing to travel (appr. 20%)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and data analytic tools (eg. SQL, Power-BI, BOT, etc)
