Director of Product Development- HR platform

Lausanne, Switzerland - Full Time

Our Client is a fast growing scale-up product company focused on creating equality, employee success and recognition within an enterprise level environment, the platform is used by enterprise level clients on a global scale. They offer technical cloud based solutions for the HR sector. Their software is highly customized and adaptable to different systems.

You will have the chance to work in an international team located in Ireland, Switzerland and Poland, where the scope of the projects are constantly rising. You will join lead a team of 15 people, which consist of Product Managers, UX Designers and Analysts.

Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Team management
  • Being responsible for merging properly two platforms
  • Tool development
  • Cooperating with different teams, including development and customer support
  • Communicating with customers in order to understand their needs and challenges

To be a good fit for the Director of Product Development Role, you will have:


  • Previous experience with technical solutions and tools for the HR sector
  • Good understanding of Compensation and Benefits systems
  • Previous experience in the SaaS environment and with B2B
  • Agile or Kanban experience
  • Experience in building a solution based on data
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Airtable or other similar tool
