Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.

You will contribute to distributing the global Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) offering within the Bank’s private wealth management division by efficiently marketing DPM solutions and becoming one of the go-to experts for the Front as far as investment content is concerned.

You will create content, moderate and activate the existing DPM offering as well as run campaigns on new strategy launches in collaboration with Product Management and Content Management. Provide support to the Front in their client DPM servicing with a view to acquiring and retaining assets under management.

Your role

• Contributing to distributing DPM solutions within Pictet WM with a focus on Fixed Income solutions.
• Liaising and partnering different portfolio managers to ensure that DPM solutions are distributed in a consistent way.
• Attending meetings of different communication bodies (Market Pulse, zone and team meetings, ad-hoc one-to-ones) in order to promote the distribution of DPM solutions.
• Moderating the DPM offering by maintaining various Investment Solutions publications.
• Developing and running campaigns to promote the launch of new DPM strategies.
• Establishing strong partnership with the Front, providing input and support for client meetings, investment proposals, specific client reporting and marketing efforts.
• Liaising with onshore locations to identify needs and priorities.
• Establishing strong partnerships with Product Management and Content Marketing in order to bolster the links between the DPM shelf and internal/external clients.
• Assisting PMs and IS in their marketing efforts.
• On a case-by-case basis, ensuring coverage of specific large DPM clients (reporting & servicing) in order to strengthen Tier 1 relationships (retention, acquisition of additional assets).
• Contributing to the education of new joiners – relationship managers or investment specialists – on the DPM offering.
  
  

Your profile

• Graduate degree in economics, business, engineering or similar subject.
• Approximately 10 years’ experience in finance in either investment management, sales and trading or research.
• Fluency in French and English. Other languages would be a plus.
• Solid investment knowledge across asset classes, particularly in Fixed Income
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to articulate a short and convincing pitch. Excellent public-speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate an investment story-line across asset classes, in line with the investment views of the Bank and taking advantage of market opportunities.
• Very good understanding of portfolio construction, investment processes and risk management approaches.
• A clear focus on client servicing.
• Strong collaborative skills aimed at achieving win-win partnerships with main stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very proactive and results oriented.
• Very strong team spirit and ability to partner with other teams.
• Strong sense of ethics, aligned with Pictet’s values and partnership culture.
