The Technology & Business Performance department currently has an opening for a Distribution and Operational Excellence Support Manager. This role will be reporting to the Richemont Europe Technology and Business Performance Director. It will be based in Meyrin(Geneva), within our beautiful and historical “Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie”.CONTEXTYou will be supporting the Group as well as our Maisonsin the transformation of their business operating model and in their day-to-day operations. You will beleading a team of highly motivated business consultants supporting the users of our applications (Finance, OTC, PTP, LE). Y ou will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, productivity, and new ways of working through transformation and continuous improvement.You will have the opportunity to work within our very broad European scope: Benelux, France, Iberia, Italy, Northern Europe, Russia, Switzerland, UK.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • Manage a global team of more than 10 business consultants
  • Ensure high-quality support services delivery from the team to our users across the organization
  • Promote a service-oriented culture within the team
  • Optimize the applications support operations/processes to ensure performance maximization:
    • Define, implement and follow up dashboards and KPIs to monitor the support team performance
    • Perform root causes analysis, identify areas of improvement and develop action plans accordingly
    • Leverage new technologies and new support approaches
  • Foster collaboration between business teams (e-g: Key Users, Business Process Managers, Product Owners) and technical teams (Group Technology teams, SAP L3 support teams)
  • Ensure projects (such as integrations, SAP roll-out, processes optimization) implementation success through team involvement in assessments, training, tests coordination and support process definition
  • Manage the team budget including resource planning and allocation
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
  • +8 years of proven experience in change management and project management
  • A significant experience in people management is required
  • A relevant experience within an operational support department is a strong plus
  • Creative thinking, strong appetite for new technologies, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Service-oriented, excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English, any other European language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel in different European countries
