Then you must be the right talent to join our team as Distribution Coordinator !As main point of contact for markets supply teams, the mission consists in piloting the Distribution execution in order to support the market budget through stock deployment optimization:
  • Ensure daily operational distribution for our finished products, watches and Jewelry, from the central distribution center in Switzerland to our markets.
  • Analyze data in order to make relevant distribution choices.
  • Guarantee physical and information flows in our systems (SAP and APO).
The role also consists in being the key point of contact for upstream supply chain to coordinate and optimize the availability for firm and special orders, as well as monitor the novelties stock deployment.You will make an impact by
  • Ensuring correct and fair execution of the weekly deployments to markets. Understanding the model stock process and integrating it in the daily actions to support markets
  • Analyzing the alerts and supporting the stock allocations depending on stock level and priorities, in collaboration with the Distribution Planner (Firm sales, scarcity, etc…)
  • Ensuring the correct execution of the flows and their integrity in the systems, in coordination with the central warehouse
  • Reviewing arbitration and short-term allocations
  • Guaranteeing a clear, consistent and fair distribution of resources to all markets, based on Key Performance Indicators (Fulfillment rate and Inventory coverage)
  • Sharing the special orders, animate the weekly review and consolidation of all information (Quotations, leadtimes)
  • Sharing the firm orders with upstream Supply Chain teams and follow up the delivery on time with all the markets
  • When relevant, analyzing main delays and their rootcauses
  • Ensuring proper deployment of Novelties launch quantities according to the plan and raise alerts if necessary
  • Following up and proposing reporting tools to measure the distribution activity: Fulfillment, coverage, number of manual requests, number of special orders. Analyze figures and their evolution, suggest and implement improvements
  • Taking part in and supporting the operating model transformation (Order Management System, Omnichannel, Direct to POS)
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
  • You hold a Masters’ degree (in a relevant field)
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have good knowledge of Watches and Jewelry or luxury industry
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You have good knowledge of SAP and you are at ease with MS Office
  • You are Customer oriented, analytical and proactive.
