Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Lead the drug product team and represent the pharma developmentin terms of CMC
  • Being the project manager for the drug product development related activities (meeting quality, quantity, and timelines)
  • Communicate key issues to appropriate stakeholders and team members
  • Generate scientific documents to provideto internal partners (manufacturing, development, regulatory CMC, clinics), get exposed to multiple activities
  • Be part of development strategies and improvementof operational excellence of business processes

Who do they look for?
  • Ph.D. or equivalent in Pharma Technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • Great Englishproficiency, good Germanlanguage preferable
  • 5-10 years of pharma industry experienceand a strong understanding Biologics developmentand/or process engineering (sterile dosage forms)
  • Strongrecord ofprocess transfer, validation, and most importantly, regulatory submissionswith health authorities
  • Strong understanding of commercial manufacturing and/or life cyclemanagement of drug products (biologics) is preferable
