You contribute to the operationalization of enterprise architecture governance. You ensure compliance with architecture specifications, build-up reporting and assessments.

The team Swisscom Enterprise Architecture team is the place where strategic topics get developed. As an Enterprise Architect, you define our governance framework, establish governance processes and tools aligning the architecture evolution across the company. Through monitoring, reporting, assessments and our Enterprise Architecture, you ensure the compliance integrated with the other corporate governance functions by continuously improving the metrics.

The themes You ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines and raise deviations of the EA vision and guidelines as architecture risks. These, you communicate in the respective area of responsibility and define and anchor mitigation measures. You work with interdisciplinary teams. Further, you drive architectural compliance through active monitoring, reporting and assessment. You ensure that our architecture rules are followed across the entire company. You take the lead for or participate in architecture audits in the respective area of responsibility. Proactive and stakeholder-oriented communication of architecture contents up to C-Level.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science or similar
  • Track record of designing, establishing and scaling architecture compliance in a large enterprise through monitoring, reporting and assessment
  • Several years of experience in enterprise architecture management for service providers or large telco companies
  • Deep understanding of EAM frameworks, processes and compliance mechanisms (e.g. TOGAF, eTOM) and motivated to take on new topics and drive them forward
  • Confident in presenting and negotiating at C-level as well as independent and reliable work
  • Excellent in solving architectural topics/conflicts as well as deriving and improving superordinate governance out of it
  • Excellent storytelling and moderation skills, very good English and German
  • Highly autonomous and reliable and not afraid to make decisions
  • Enjoys collaborating and to coordinate/structure activities
  • Extremely motivated to take on new topics and drive them forward
