Your teamCorporate Functions include the Group’s non-banking activities and employ more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the following departments: Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax. As an intern you will be given a direct, immersive experience in a particular business area of Pictet. You will discover what the day-to-day operations of a business are really like and gain practical and transferable skills that will be valuable in your future career.You will be joining the Employee Communications team in Geneva. As such, you will inform and engage the Pictet community and ultimately be the voice of employees for employees.Your role- Drafting, editing and publishing communications for employees through our various internal channels (Group intranet, corporate magazine, newsletters to staff, video scripts, etc.).
- Helping design employee communications campaigns for major initiatives, including gathering information, defining and drafting the contents, selecting the appropriate channels and monitoring the success of the campaigns.
- Helping to coordinate communications with other internal communications teams to ensure consistency of information.
- Assisting with the organisation of internal events and in-house exhibitions.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Some years of working experience – preferably in the field of communications – would be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written command of French and English and communication skills.
- Ability to design creative materials for our graphic arts-based communications content.
- Writing, editorial and graphic design skills, with attention to detail.
- Organised in your work and in setting priorities.
- A creative thinker and able to take initiative.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration culture.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
