Engineering Project Manager

What you do
  • Manage projects at department level ensuring that goals are achieved
  • Accountable for planning and budgeting of the assigned projects
  • Responsible for specific supplier management tasks at department level
  • Coordinate different internal interdisciplinary stakeholders at all levels
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft development programs, possibly in a program/project manager position
  • Proven track record in the management of small to medium size multidisciplinary engineering teams and of complex engineering projects is an advantage
  • Good knowhow of all steps of the development cycle with great coordinating and team building skills with a structured and pragmatic approach to complex technical problems
  • Open-minded and self-driven personality with the willingness to explore new grounds
  • Familiarity with EASA CS-23 or FAA FAR-23 regulations, SAE ARP4754 and ARP4761 processes will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
