5 - Month ContractDay Rate: 1,100 CHFLocation: ZurichOur client in the insurance domain is looking for an Enterprise Architect. You will be working with cross-functional teams across relevant units you will be defining the enterprise architecture for a new Third-Party Inventory system and the future, Strategic Third Party Management Landscape to be at the core for managing and delivering insights about third-parties and related third-party risks in the future.You Will
  • Analyze and understand the current complex system and process landscape
  • Analyze and understand the high-level requirements and business outcomes
  • Drive the creation and validation of the top-level data, system, and integration target architecture
  • Work with and guide the business teams to define and validate the changes to business processes as part of the creation of the target architecture
  • Drive the alignment of the Strategic Third Party Management Landscape with stakeholders of all levels (from SME to ’C’ level) across the organization and all levels
  • Work closely with Group Enterprise Architecture to ensure standards, policies, and best practices are followed/fully considered in the design of the target architecture
  • Facilitate design decisions for the solution architecture as required
  • Create and maintain architecture artifacts as required (Business, Data / Information, Application, and Technology layers)
  • Support input to architecture governance as required
Expertise
  • 10+ years experience working as an architect, with strong experience in Enterprise Architecture
  • Hands-on Enterprise Architecture experience is a must, including an understanding of common models and methodologies (for process, data, system, and integration architectures), and an appreciation for their trade-offs and applicability in different Enterprise environments
  • Experience with common architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and Zachman and working with agile teams
  • Experienced presenter up to ‘C’ level in an organization
  • Excellent partnering and influencing skills, ability to engage and empower multi-skilled global teams including executive stakeholders
  • Successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines
  • Computer science academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Relevant experience in one or more Financial Services, (Re)Insurance, 3rd party management, and risk is a definite plus
  • The architecture of integration of SaaS systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English
