The team Swisscom Enterprise Architecture team is the place where strategic topics get developed. As an Enterprise Architect, you define the architectural governance framework, establishing governance processes and tools aligning the architecture evolution across the company. Furthermore, you interact, collaborate, and confer with various stakeholders on all levels of management to ensure a lean EA governance implementation, governance processes and architecture progress reporting.

The themes With your knowledge and practical experience, you develop, build-up, implement and establish EA governance and processes, e.g., lifecycle management including phase in and phase out. You understand the different levers to scale a governance framework and successfully implement it for large enterprises. You enable transparency through regular reporting of the implementation progress of our EA governance and its impact. Working with interdisciplinary teams, you drive the architectural evolution through clear guidance. You communicate proactively and stakeholder-oriented various architecture deliverables up to C-level.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science or similar
  • Track record of implementing, establishing and scaling an EA governance framework in a large enterprise
  • Several years of experience in implementing enterprise architecture management for service providers or large telco companies
  • Deep understanding of governance frameworks and processes (e.g. TOGAF, eTOM)
  • Confident in presenting and negotiating up to C-level (including excellent story-telling)
  • Excellent in convincing and motivating others to collaborate for a subordinate target
  • Very good English and German
  • Highly autonomous and reliable and not afraid to make decisions
  • Likes to collaborate and coordinate/structure activities in incremental steps
  • Extremely motivated to take on new topics and drive them forward
