You work in an agile work organisation with various specialist teams. Together with your colleagues, you ensure efficient and goal-oriented preparation and use of log data at Swisscom. Thanks to your enthusiasm and motivation to penetrate complex issues, you enable the continuous further development of the Enterprise and Security Log Management infrastructure and processes at Swisscom.

  • You advise, support and enable specialist teams around the topic of log management.
  • You can support the cyber defence requirements of log management in particular with your security know-how
  • You identify context-specific relevant log data and prepare them for use in a target-oriented manner
  • You provide technical support for the onboarding of logs into the appropriate platform, as well as data normalisation and hygiene

Your profile

  • Knowledge of various log platforms such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, Azure Log Analytics or Cloudwatch and the associated query languages.
  • Experience with requirement engineering for log management and security monitoring use cases.
  • Understanding of log management architectures and integration into existing enterprise infrastructures.
  • Ability to use data engineering to identify and provide relevant log data in a context-specific manner (data onboarding & normalisation)
