Unbound is a web3 start-up that connects gaming Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) with gamers by building a B2B solution for NFT lending. Zero idle gaming NFTs is our mission! Making idle assets from NFT holders, who seek asset appreciation, available to our gaming community serves all stakeholders in the blockchain gaming space alike, no matter if gaming studios aiming for user growth, gamers looking for access to assets, or NFT holders that want to earn passive income through lending.

For our management team, we are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence who is very eager to learn and ambitious to become a founder in her/his future career. You are part of the management team executing projects on your own and supporting in business development. Be at the forefront of the new internet and build at the side of experienced entrepreneurs a new solution to handle digital gaming assets efficiently at scale!

Your tasks and accountabilities:
  • Enable the founders team to stay focussed on the most strategic issues at hand by supporting them across all disciplines of running the company.
  • You are always one step ahead and you maintain the big picture of the priorities and work across the business.
  • Take full responsibility on strategic projects to push and grow the business no matter in what kind of field.
  • Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders (banks, law firms, shareholders, colleagues) with ease and assertiveness so stakeholders are coordinated in a smooth way.
  • Be the radar of the founder team. If they need a status update, you know it.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, investment banking or tech required. Master is a plus.
  • 1-2 years working experience in a fast paced, high growth environment, strategy consulting, or execution driven project management needed.
  • A curious mind and an interest in web3 is a must.
  • Strong entrepreneurial passion and the desire to learn what it is like to launch and scale an innovative business from scratch.
  • Attention to detail and structure, yet comfortable working in the fluid ambiguity of a thriving startup.
  • The ability to work efficiently without the full picture.
  • Highly analytical, convincing communicator and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Humble and driven: You’re not afraid to do the dirty work to get the job done.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Fully fluent in English & German is a must.
