Job Description

Accounts Payables

• Manages and supervises the EMEA Accounts payables department
• Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Payables team
• Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the department, also maintaining procedures SOX compliant
• Ensure timely payment
• Review AP accounts reconciliations, including a clear aging without old pending invoices
• Lead process improvements by developing innovative solutions for Accounts Payables management using digital technologies
  

Treasury

• Monitor cash and ensure adequate funding for all EIMEA legal entities
• Optimize cash positions
• Provide guidance for quarterly IC settlement
• Develop solid cash forecast and ensure strong communication with Corporate team
• Be the main point of contact for all bank matters with internal and external stakeholders
• Administer banks: set up new bank accounts, new users, OECD compliance package, KYC, FATCA
  

Others

• Maintain effective controls and compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley procedures and assist with quarterly Sox audits
• Build strong relationship across the organization
• Back-up of the accounting manager
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant and /or university degree in Finance and accounting
• 10 years experiences in Finance / Accounting (US GAAP and other international accounting standards)
• Ability to understand the whole picture (USGAAP, Local GAAP, and taxes…) and to offer solutions to management regarding questions on complex transactions
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with employees at all level effectively and on professional manner
• Autonomy in problems solving and able to work independently
• Self-motivated, detailed oriented, proactive, flexible, and ability to deal with competing priorities and multiple deadlines
• Be focused and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP and advanced excel skills
• Fluent in English, additional language(s) a plus
