Your role

In diesem Zusammenhang suchen wir für unseren Standort in Zofingen eine/n Audit Manager/in. In dieser Funktion vertreten Sie das Qualitätsmanagement-System der Siegfried am Standort Zofingen gegenüber Kunden und Behörden. In dieser vielfältigen Rolle erhalten Sie einen spannenden Überblick über technische- wie auch wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge in einer pharmazeutischen Firma.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Durchführung von Audits bei Lohnherstellern, Lohnlaboren und weiteren Dienstleistern, unter anderem bei Rohstofflieferanten und anderen Zulieferern
• Qualifizierung von Lieferanten, Bewertung der Auditergebnisse, Nachverfolgung und Behebung festgestellter Mängel
• Beantworten von Kundenanfragen wie Quality Questionnaires, Statements und Declarations
• Mitarbeit in der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Managementsysteme
• Durchführung von internen Audits am Standort Zofingen sowie enge Kollaboration mit der Corporate Audits-Abteilung
  

Your profile

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (idealerweise mit Promotion)
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Auditor im chemischen-, pharmazeutischem oder ähnlichem Umfeld
• Umfassendes Fachwissen im Bereich Qualität, insbesondere in Bezug auf ISO und GMP
• Kenntnisse im Bereich cGMP, vorzugsweise in der Produktion von Wirkstoffen und/oder Fertigarzneimitteln sind in dieser Position wichtig
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Flexibel und vertraut mit der Arbeit in einer Matrixorganisation
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
