Datacenter/Infrastructure Solution Architect
(50/50 Manager/Hands-on)


For an important company, a leader in the manufacturing sector, we are selecting a
Senior Infrastructure Solution Architect -
The resource, reporting directly to the IT manager, will participate, together with the other Architects, in the design and definition of solutions and Services in Datacenters and, if necessary in the Networking field - Will collaborate with IT colleagues in relation to the IT activities of its competence and will be responsible for proposing new technologies and IT solutions.


The person will also deal with operations, with respect to the services that will be assigned to it.



Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Solution Architect in the server, Datacenter and public Cloud field

Excellent skills in Cloud environments:
Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
  • Excellent Powershell Scripting skills

Excellent networking skills,
with good knowledge of Fortinet products (firewall, switch and security)
  • Cybersecurity skills


  • Analysis and project management skills (design and project management)


  • Budgeting and controlling skills


  • Previous experience in managing Microsoft (windows server) and Linux environments &


  • experience in VMWare


  • knowledge of Cloud IAM


  • good knowledge of DB SQL Server


  • skills in "Infrastructure as Code" (Terraform) management


  • good Serverless and Containers Infrastructure skills


  • previous experience in the field of Unified Communication (VoIP, SBC, SiPTrunk)

Beneficial skills
:


Knowledge of Microsoft O365 / Skills in NoSQL / Knowledge of IoT technology (eg Azure IoT) / Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, cybersecurity and / or ISO area
