The Eaton Finance Early Talent Leadership Development Programis a two-year rotational program that involves four unique, six-month assignments across different business and two different countries in the EMEA region, to prepare you for future leadership career.

The assignments take place in the following areas: internal audit; group compliance or technical reporting and analysis, manufacturing accounting & controlling in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting; financial accounting or financial planning and analysis in a business group or division headquarters.

Our main base locations for these positions will be in, Hungary, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy, France and Germany.

What are the entry requirements for the Program?

• Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business with a major in accounting or finance area with a graduation date no later than August 2024
• Work or internship experience is a plus (max 2 years of experience)
• Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company
• Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program
