We are looking for a versatile, enthusiastic Team Manager who is ready to take on responsibility and further develop our global technical sales support organization. Become part of our Die Casting Team!

Tasks
  • In this role you are responsible for the Team Lead of global technical sales support and Backoffice for the Business Area Die Casting and have the personnel lead of approx. 5 employees in Uzwil and technical lead of approx. 5 employees in China, U.S., and Germany
  • Support and technical guidance of global SAS sales team
  • Analysis of quotes, discounts, etc. and support on- and off-site for Global Key Account Management with customers
  • Coordination of customer visits, trials, etc.
  • Responsible for Quotation for Europe projects (incl. technical specifications for all countries except North America and Asia region) and big international projects incl. coordination with sales, engineering, production, commercial and customer service
  • 1st level coordination of RFQ and tender documents
  • Active technical sales support at customer site and technical support in SQ process
  • Active alignment with Product Management on customer/market/sales

Required Qualifications
  • Degree (FH or University) in mechanical engineering and further education in business administration
  • Several years of international professional experience in technical sales
  • Experience in Die Casting would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of sales tools (CRM, Navigator incl. cost via SAP PLC) would be an advantage
  • Assertive personality with a problem solving, pragmatic doer mentality and a very customer-oriented approach
  • Experience in dealing with different cultures and leadership skills in leading indirect teams
  • Strong personality with a positive drive, very good communications skills and a high approach for coaching and employee development skills
  • Fluent in German and English, further languages are beneficial
  • Adaption to work in a matrix organization
  • Travel expectations to support sales and other organizations of approx. 10-20%
