HR Administrative Assistant

Temporary position - 1 year

(potential conversion to permanent)

Who will be supporting the HR Operation Department for digitalization the personal files and supporting HR Administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support administrative activities for employee’s life cycle
  • Responsible for the digitalization of the employee’s files
  • Filing of electronic documents in the server based on the new organization
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Ensure Data management in all related systems (SAP, Success Factors)
  • Ensure support and follow up on administrative topics
  • Preparation of employment documentation
  • Other related activities that may be requested from time to time (reports, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE:

  • CFC commercial or equivalent
  • Swiss HR education
  • Experience in an HR Administrative role in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible person with strong organization skills
  • At ease with IT tools
  • Must ensure confidentiality
  • French mother tongue, English B2 level required
  • Good knowledge on HR/social security documentation
