As an HR Manager (all gender) you will substantially contribute to keep high standards within the HR Management for Bühler’s employee force. You will work in an exciting, international environment. You will support the line management in all relevant HR topics and recruit highly qualified talents for the company.

Tasks
  • Manage the entire employee life cycle of the assigned business areas
  • Recruit new talents and highly qualified professionals for the respective field
  • Collaborate in HR projects and drive personnel marketing activities to the next level
  • Assist line managers in personnel management and development topics
  • Coordinate and support the line managers during the performance review
  • Advise the business regarding labor law, policy regulations and termination discussions
  • Act as a sparring partner for supervisors and employees regarding leadership, career development as well as organizational change
  • Liaise with various internal as well as external stakeholders regarding all HRM topics
  • Manage all operational tasks in connection with the above scopes

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration or commercial training
  • Further education in HR Management
  • Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience within the HR field
  • Good knowledge and experience with SAP HR and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-reliant, committed personality capable to handle a wide range of HR requests
  • Well organized, solid prioritizing and maintaining a stable overview also in hectic situations
  • Empathic yet cogent personality, who is accustomed to communicating on all hierarchical levels
  • Flexible, ambitious, trustworthy and team-oriented personality
  • Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent in HR Management, e.g. HBDI certified??
  • Approx. 2 - 3 years in recruitment in the engineering industry
  • Know-how and/or experience in change management
