Working at Batmaid is about changing the cleaning industry and fighting the black market on as many fronts as possible. It is about providing the leading marketplace to hire trusted, insured and declared professionals for our customers cleaning services and needs.

Today we are leaders in Switzerland and Luxembourg, but we are now ready to take our efforts to France in our first international market takeover in our ambitious expansion plan to conquer the whole European continent. An achievement we are confident in accomplishing in the next 3 years!

For this reason, we are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our New Projects team under the scope of Batmaid Dry at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Tasks

Day in the Life:
  • Work on the development and growth of our service Batmaid Dry
  • Acquire new clients (B2B and B2C) with a focus on client retention
  • Actively propose solutions to optimize our activities within our dry-cleaning shops.
  • Engage with the new business clients and put in place a long-term partnership
  • Support the project manager on the daily tasks like administrative, customer support and logistic tasks
  • Collaborate on the business development strategies by proposing innovative ideas to revolutionize the dry-cleaning industry
Requirements

Your weapons:
  • Ideally professional or educational experience in project management, customer experience or sales.
  • Fluent English and French a must. German is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both face-to-face, and over the phone.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactivity and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Hard-worker, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Social, friendly, and motivated attitude.
  • Fast learner and ability to multitask.
  • EU or Swiss driver licence is a must.
