Für unseren Kunden, eine KMU im Finanzbereich in Luzern, suchen wir Junior System Engineer für eine Festanstellung. In dieser Stelle sind Sie als eine von 3 System Engineers verantwortlich für die Pflege von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Applikationen, Support und einiges mehr.

Hauptaufgaben
  • Installationen, Wartung und Konfiguration von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Windows & iOS mit Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
  • Pflege von PC- und Business-Anwendungen
  • First Level User Support
  • Betreuung bestehender Kollaborations-Lösungen wie MS Teams und Sharepoint
  • Mithilfe beim Unterhalt und Administration der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
  • Mitarbeit beim Customizing und Weiterentwicklung von Business Applikationen mit VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps
  • Projektunterstützung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Maintenance und Überwachung der IT-Systeme
  • Monitoring/Sicherstellung der Backups

Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung und/oder entsprechende MS Azure Zertifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Userbetreuung
  • Erfahrung in der MS365 Administration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows 10, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory
  • Gute Deutsch und/oder Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Wichtig: keine Home Office Möglichkeit.
