We strive to create innovations for a better world, with a special focus on healthy, safe, and sustainable solutions.In the Die Casting business area, we deal with all aspects of aluminium and magnesium die casting and develop high-quality die casting machines and peripheral equipment for our customers. We are looking for a motivated and committed personality as a Team Leader Spare Parts Business Die CastingTasks
  • Technical and personnel management and development of 5 employees
  • Responsible for the spare parts portfolio & product management
  • Lead customer projects and key account management for spare parts topics
  • Development of the sales channel (myBühler) for Die Casting
  • Customer care support (2nd level support)
  • Responsible for a profitable and sustainable spare parts business to grow the Die Casting service business
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, engineering (FH), or comparable education
  • Experience in product, process and business development
  • Technical understanding
  • Fluent in English and German (understand, speak and write)
  • Knowledge and experience in using IT tools SAP, MS office etc.
  • Experience in personnel management and project management in an international environment
  • Willingness to travel to local organizations as well as to customers of max. 20%
  • Self-motivated, self-responsible, self-driven
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital sales channels
  • Open, active and involving communication with the many stakeholders – creating a successful global spare parts community
  • Conceptual and strategic skills
