Job description:Job Summary
Tetra Pak FSM Group Financial Control & Finance Operations is currently reinforcing the Group Financial Control team to respond to new EEU reporting requirements (ESRS) and is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven person to take the position of ESG Reporting Manager.
You will be responsible for the following:
• Collection, consolidation, and distribution of non-financial KPIs and preparation of non-financial reports,
• Coordination and communication with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Applying the European reporting standards (ESRS/CSRD) and sharing best practices
The position is based inLausanne, Switzerland.
• Develop, coordinate, plan, and execute yearly reporting cycle with a prime focus on European reporting standards requirements for 30 European companies in scope
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders involved, mainly sustainability, HR, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), external and internal auditors, Finance Hubs, local financial directors
• Develop and implement a roadmap for a system and process that can support Group needs for collection and consolidation in compliance with EEU regulations and in line with Group non-financial reporting requirements
• Maintain reporting manual and reporting instructions for non-financial information and train the organization in line with the requirements
• Plan and implement continuous improvement in the area of responsibility in line with reporting requirements for non-financial information
• Work in a trustful and independent way
Profile description:
• University degree and/or professional exams; sustainability knowledge combined business degree is an advantage.
• About 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in sustainability reporting and/or controlling
• Good understanding of sustainability reporting standards (ESRS, GRI)
• Rigor, commitment, and trustworthiness
• Structured approach with good organizational skills
• Strong information systems and data analytics skills
