Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

Reporting to EU Post Market Quality Compliance Supervisor, the incumbent will be in charge of supporting PMS coordinator in charge of Field Safety Corrective Action (FSCA) process execution for EMEA region.

As such, the incumbent will be responsible for administrative tasks relative to communication exchanges with National Competent Authorities, internal functions as well as customers and distributors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in internal and external communication related to FSCA.
  • Manage administrative follow-up of planning and reporting deadlines related to FSCA pre notification, notification, and closure steps.
  • Manage organization of internal and external meetings as appropriate.
  • Attendance during meetings: minutes, reports, and collection of preparing documents and agendas.
  • Manage FSCA reporting to National Competent Authorities and ensuing inquiries.
  • Ensure a proper reconciliation of customers and distributors notification forms vs. notification acknowledgment forms received and filed.
  • Support archiving process of FSCA.
  • Provide support for internal FSCA Key performance generation.
  • Identify and escalate any issues identified before they become critical.
  • Other support tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Swiss CFC or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Science (or equivalent).
  • 0.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar function preferably for healthcare company.
  • Fluent (C1 minimum) in written and spoken English (business language used). General computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc.). French a plus.
  • Soft skills expected:
    • Comfortable working both individually as well as in a team.
    • Stress-resistant (able to work towards deadlines efficiently).
    • Strong organizational skills (able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize).
    • Accuracy and precision in performance.
    • Feeling at ease in a fast-paced and client-oriented environment.
