EVENTS & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Be the driving force behind unforgettable events and strategic partnerships as our Events & Partnerships Manager at FELFEL, supporting our marketing team in B2B customer acquisition and engagement.

YOUR IMPACT

As an Events & Partnerships Manager at FELFEL, you’ll integrate the dynamic and fast-paced environment that is the Marketing team. You will support the Marketing team in driving customer acquisition and client engagement through B2B events.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the strategic plan for internal and external events that aligns with marketing and business objectives, driving awareness and/or deal creation.
• Serve as the Events ambassador, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating terms and contracts as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee the entire event planning process, including creative concept development, logistics, and post-event debriefing.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisition, operations, and design, to bring event concepts to life.
• Establish and manage events budget and objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degreeand/or have a minimum of three yearsof events and partnerships experience.
• You demonstrate a strong marketing mindandbusiness acumen.
• Experience negotiating and interpreting contracts.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are fluent in German, and English. (French is a BIG plus)
• Non-smoker: You do not smell like cigarettes and do not smoke during the day, as FELFEL promotes healthy living.
• Have a valid EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
