Tasks

  • Take responsibility for delivering the best permanent IT talent from a leading database and network
  • Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism
  • Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
  • Work closely with your clients to help them navigate and pipeline future growth and hiring needs
Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in agency recruitment on the Swiss market within IT
  • English professional ability plus either German or French fluency
  • Relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • An unrivalled passion for the industry and technology
  • Able to work autonomously and like an entrepreneur
