Join us as our Executive Assistant Manager F&B to handle our operations for Luxury Hotel in Genève. You will oversee and manage all hotel operations (Rooms division, Quality and F&B divisions), with a special focus on the F&B divisions.

For this key position, your main duties will be to:

Help the Top Management in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.

Analyze financial balance sheets to encourage revenue, future profitability and maximum return on investment.

Collaborate with the Business Development department and the Operations HODs to prepare marketing and sales plans.

Monitor current and future trends and practices.

Conduct weekly inspections and ensures the good condition of the facilities by implementing preventive maintenance programs according to FF&E hotel reserves.

Establish quality and guest satisfaction goals.

Regularly communicate with guests to ensure expectations are met.

Analyze guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations and build on guest loyalty.

Ideal profile

What we need from you

With a Higher Degree in Hospitality Management, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel establishment and/or a luxury hotel chain (+200 rooms, 3-4 F&B outlets). You have a significant experience in F&B operations.

You are fluent in English and French. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

Strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera and Simphony is required.
