  • manage calendars including meetings, conference calls, vacations, travel across multiple time zones and the globe
  • assist with prioritization and communications across the team and with other areas
  • arrange travel bookings, various internal and external meetings, and conferences including coordinating locations, attendees, materials and communications
  • manage office administration and logistics including handling mail, supplies and materials
  • assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations, reports and other documents
  • liaising with other assistants from multiple teams across the firm ensuring planning for deliverables
  • organize and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • take care of finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses
  • take on ad-hoc projects and tasks, being flexible and willing to go the extra mile at all times
Your teamYou’ll be working in the HR Performance and Reward team in Zürich supporting our Global Head of HR Performance and Reward. As an Executive / Team assistant, you’ll play an important role in making things run smoothly for the wider P&R team.   • successful administrative experience in a demanding, dynamic, and fast-paced global environment
  • experience working on sensitive matters, with the highest levels of integrity and discretion
  • great at prioritizing, deliver within tight deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
  • keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
  • comfortable and experienced in interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • proven written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and preferably German
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Skype)
