Your tasks

• You recruit graduates and experienced professionals for PwC Switzerland in the Romandie (draft job ads, screen CVs, drive recruitment interviews, final assessment and offer).
• You are responsible for building long-term and trusting relationships with internal clients.
• You participate at several student events, workshops and fairs in universities.
• You acquire a broad range of technical and soft skills on the job.
• You join a solid, reputable and international firm, which offers a lot of prospects and continuing education.
  

Your profile

• You have higher degree in business administration, social sciences, law, HR or similar.
• You have ideally 2 to 3 years’ experience in-house or agency recruiting in Switzerland (preferably in finance or consulting).
• You are fluent in French and English
• You educate yourself in business-specific knowledge and share and collaborate with your team.
• You have a good team spirit.
• You are flexible and client-oriented.
