With a team size of 5 employees, the Operational Design Team is rather compact. And with efficient and clear processes as well as enterprise architecture, that’s how we’d like to make a change in this journey.

What to expect

  • You help to optimize the enterprise architecture framework, create and implement strategies to achieve business goals
  • You will analyse, measure, and optimise customer needs in terms of processes, business and IT architecture, data and interfaces together with process and enterprise architects
  • You suggest improvements to IT application landscape and business processes based on the company’s strategy
  • You will document the processes using multiple architectural models
  • You will be responsible to maintain and further develop the application inventory

The skills you’ll bring

  • Multiyear, solid track record in the areas of Enterprise Architecture
  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Specializations in process, data or application architecture are great. As well as profound modeling skills in these areas
  • Ability to describe and present complex issues in a comprehensible way
  • Growth mindset and holistic thinking
  • Fluent German and good English skills are a must, other languages are an advantage
