Für unseren IBEX Biopark in Visp suchen wir eine/n Verwalter aller Baustellencontainer und der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Kontrolle, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation der laufend wechselnden Belegung
- Erstellung einer Belegungsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Projektleitern
- Organisation von alternativen Lösungen bei Engpässen im Platzangebot
- Kontrolle der anfallenden Kosten und deren korrekten Weiterverrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling
- Detaillierte Schlüsselkontrolle
- Sicherstellung der Instandhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit Zulieferfirmen
- Sicherstellen eines guten Allgemeinzustandes der gesamten Anlagen, Korrektur von Missständen
- Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Um- und Neubauten

Unsere Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Lehre im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung
- Gute Excel Kenntnisse, MS Office Grundkenntnisse
- Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Kontaktfreudig, kommunikativ und sehr selbständig
- Organisationstalent mit gut strukturierter Arbeitsweise

Your tasks:
- Checking, updating and documenting the constantly changing occupancy.
- Preparation of occupancy planning in cooperation with all project managers
- Organisation of alternative solutions in the event of space bottlenecks
- Control of the costs incurred and their correct charging in cooperation with Controlling
- Detailed key control
- Ensuring maintenance in cooperation with subcontractors
- Ensuring a good general condition of the entire facilities, correction of deficiencies
- Supporting the construction management with conversions and new buildings

Our requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship in the commercial or technical field
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with experience in property management
- Good knowledge of Excel, basic knowledge of MS Office
- German and English, other languages are a plus
- Outgoing, communicative and very independent
- Organisational talent with a well-structured way of working
