Finance Manager (50-60%)

The Finance Manager role requires to analyze every day financial activities and provide advice and guidance to management on future financial plans.

This position will play a key role in the organization’s funding strategy and long-term financial security. The Finance Manager will collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop budgets that will keep the company’s costs down.

Duties:

Maintain cash flow by reviewing banking activity and reconciling monthly reports

Develop and interpret databases and financial models

*
Establish, monitor and achieve company financial goals

*
Manage company budget to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of cost savings

*
Promote continual process improvements in specified budget areas

*
Implement report production, productivity and quality standards

*
Collection, interpretation and review of financial information

*
Predict future financial trends

*
Report to management and stakeholders, and provide advice on how the business and future business decisions might be affected

*
Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, etc.

*
Develop long-term business plans based on these reports

*
Review, monitor and manage budgets

*
Develop strategies that aim to minimize financial risks

*
Analysis of market trends and competitors

*
Execution of payments

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Expected Start Date: 01/02/2022
