Job Location: Dübendorf (Zurich), Switzerland

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whole process of channel incentive business (rebate, price protection, temporary incentive and joint marketing), including participating in solution information check and submit in the system, calculating and generating incentive amount
  • Make reconciliation with customer and partner for checking the generated amount of incentives and do the settlement, and managing and maintaining the channel incentive ledger.
  • Make the forecasting and budgeting for the channel partner and do the monthly channel settlement.
  • Support the CBG CFO for contract review and optimization, including financial functional element review of regional contracts and cost calculation of contract payment terms. Optimize and manage payment terms of frontline contracts and related contract archiving.
  • Take charge of channel inventory stocktaking of channel partners, ensure the accuracy of price protection settlement and inventory data of channel customers of the Consumer BG, and effectively manage the inventory of channel customers.
  • Be responsible for efficiency indicator management
  • Be part of the Finance Team and support the Frontline sales Team on all Key Account Finance related issues and other task assigned by CFO.

Requirements:

  • Major in finance, economic, accounting, management or relative areas.
  • More than 3 years’ experience within a familiar position
  • Experienced in a customer facing role
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
  • Fluency in German and Chinese is a must
