We are looking for a young motivated talent in the wonderful kanton of Zug as:

Financial Analyst 100%(m/f/d)

Your Tasks

You Issue provisional/final invoices, credit notes, to customers, in collaboration with the operations team and archive in data system
You validate and capture invoices received against deal and cost estimates recorded in system
You follow up on deliveries or services without not invoiced
You report and reconcile accounts
You Issue audit confirmations
You handle net/offset invoices before settlement and communicate with stakeholder together with the operations team
You amortise material delivery invoices against structured deals
You prepare invoices for settlement and follow up the execution and respective queries
You support the finance team in resolving unapplied cash queries and match and clear open invoices
You automate financial operations activities to enable smooth process to general ledger
You identify and implement best practices and process improvements in collaboration with finance team

Your profile

You have a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
You have experience in commodity trading and AP handling
You have a solid know how of ERP integration with commodity trading systems and invoicing
You are proficient in MS Office focus on Excel
You have a C1 English level
You are interested in process optimization
You are able to handle deadlines in a highly dynamic environment
You have a structured work style and are excellent communicator and problem solver
