Your mission

Imagine a majestic skyscraper rising high above the skyline of the city of Zurich.

Its foundation represents creditworthiness and demonstrates financial stability. The framework of the building represents the credit structure itself. Each floor of the building symbolizes a particular aspect of the credit structure. For example, one floor may represent the collateral provided, another floor may represent the interest rate and repayment terms of a loan, while yet another floor may represent the covenants or conditions associated with the loan agreement.

Just as a skilled architect tailors the design of a building to the specific needs of its occupants, structuring our lease portfolio is about tailoring the agreement to our needs.

As a
FINANCIAL MODELLING & STRUCTURING ARCHITECT
you will be responsible for building our financial foundation, reporting directly to the CFO.

• Become well-versed in our business model(s) and business plan, and become the go-to person for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our Risk Manager and other primary stakeholders to design, develop and implement clear analytical proposals for our business model.
• Develop and maintain Asset Backed Securities (ABS) solutions, warehouse facilitiesand other refinancing structures to manage the refinancing of our portfolio.
• Establish partnerships and close collaborations with our refinancing partners (banks, investment companies).

Your profile

• You have a Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
• You have 3-5 years of experience with a high exposure to financial modelling & stucturing (Big 4, investment banking...)
• You have good knowledge of core leasing processes
• You bring strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex financial data
• You are a strong conceptual thinker with excellent communication skills in German & English
• You own constructive working relationships with big corporate banks
• You have a strong service orientation and practical problem-solving skills
• You are resilient, committed and have a confident appearance
• You are a self-motivated and friendly assertive personality
