The Aerospace Training and Simulation division of TXT e-Swiss, part of TXT Group, is seeking a talented Flight Physics Engineer to join our international team. As a key player in our avionics industry client projects, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing flight simulation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Flight Physics Engineer, you will be at the heart of developing the latest military flight simulator 6DoF. Your role will involve overseeing the integrated systems and flight model, as well as the development, integration, and validation of existing flight models. Your expertise in Simulink and C++ will be crucial as you engage in tasks related to monitoring, debugging, and ensuring seamless operation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing system/sub-system requirements based on stakeholder needs, market demands, and product lifecycle strategy.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering.
Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink.
Basic knowledge of C++.
Strong background in flight dynamics and flight simulation.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level.

Desired Technical Skills:
Familiarity with JIRA tool.
Experience with Agile working methods.
Knowledge of build servers (e.g., Jenkins).
Proficiency in versioning tools (e.g., GIT).
Knowledge of German (optional).

Ability to excel under tight deadlines and pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
