What It’s AboutTo strengthen our Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A) in Zug, Switzerland, we are looking for a detail-oriented team player who has an interest in private markets. From working with investment teams, to interacting with specialized operational teams spread across the world, it is a great opportunity to develop in a truly dynamic environment.In this position, the FP&A Senior Analyst is expected to be a professional who is highly proficient in managing complex and multi-dimensional engagements across all business areas and activities, oversees spot checks and is recognized as planning and reporting specialist.Main Responsibilities
  • Actively involved in the monthly closing process, coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Business owners, Risk, Accounting, IT department etc.)
  • Create and maintain financial analysis on P&L and CF
  • Preparation of strategic and operational analysis during monthly and quarterly closing
  • Responsible for reporting and financial modelling - develop and implement reporting and analytical models, scenario development
  • Support the coordination of Annual Budget and Rolling forecasting activity
  • Develop and implement reporting and analytical processes
  • Present insightful analysis and effectively highlight key points enabling strategic decisions to be made
What We ExpectWe are looking for a curious and self-motivated individual with strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment where self-initiative, teamwork and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in financial analysis roles
  • Strong analytical skills, track record of support to drive business performance through meaningful analytics and insights
  • Successful completion of a minimum bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / business administration
  • You have excellent IT systems and financial reporting & consolidation knowledge - proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, SAC (Analytics Cloud), S4 Hana or similar are considered a plus
  • You have a proactive nature with good communication skills, numerate and well organized
  • You are a team player embraces cross-functional support and partners with internal customers
  • Excellent English skills (verbal & written); German would be considered an advantage
